ARLANE is pleased to announce its investment in the Dessintey Group alongside its founders, Nicolas Fournier, Davy Luneau and Pascal Giraux, as well as the management team.
Founded in 2017 near Saint-Etienne, Dessintey designs, assembles and distributes neuromotor rehabilitation devices for patients suffering from neurological disorders such as stroke or traumatic brain injury. The company markets its own devices, distributes third-party products for several European manufacturers and provides maintenance services.
The Group has enjoyed strong growth since its creation, with revenue of €10 million expected in 2025. Dessintey has established itself as a leading player in motor and cognitive rehabilitation, thanks to the quality of its products and its teams. It is now focusing on accelerating its organic growth, both in France and internationally, as well as on expanding its product range. The Group is also working on strengthening its distribution network abroad and is exploring several external growth opportunities to support its expansion.
Dessintey is the fourth investment made by the ARLANE III fund (after Sprinter, L’Imprimerie du Marais and Eliis), and the sixteenth acquisition completed by the ARLANE team since its creation in 2009.
Kenza Moumni, Managing Partner at ARLANE, states: “We have been particularly impressed by Dessintey’s sustained growth, the already highly developed structure of the company, and the quality of its teams, which combine scientific, industrial and commercial expertise. The devices developed by Dessintey are based on proven medical principles serving neuromotor rehabilitation. We are proud to be supporting the Group and its management team in this primary LBO transaction as majority investor, and we are convinced that Dessintey will continue to play a leading role in improving patient care pathways on an international scale.”
Nicolas Fournier, Founder and President of Dessintey, adds: “ARLANE’s entry into our share capital marks a new stage in our development. This partnership is a natural continuation of our growth trajectory and gives us the means to pursue it by strengthening our capacity for innovation, international expansion and structuring. We are very pleased to have found a partner who shares our vision and is fully committed to this new phase of the Dessintey adventure.”
